Thirteen days through the timeless traditions of South India — from the spice lanes of Fort Kochi and the still backwaters of Vembanad Lake, into the disciplined rhythm of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram for the sacred night of Maha Shivratri, onward to Ayurvedic restoration in Kovalam, and finally to Kanyakumari, where the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean meet.
Hosted by Echo Forest together with Shivoham Sangha, in a small group, at a human pace.

Kochi and the Kerala backwaters offer a gentle introduction to India's southern rhythm. Palm-lined canals, slow-moving waters and traditional village life create a deeply grounding environment. This region invites relaxation, nourishment and reconnection with nature, setting the tone for the journey ahead.

Set between the ocean and tropical greenery, the Sivananda Ashram is a sanctuary dedicated to traditional yogic living. Here, the days are shaped by a simple yet powerful rhythm of yoga, meditation and chanting. Beyond practice, it offers something deeper — a space to disconnect from external noise and reconnect with clarity, discipline and inner stillness.
Kovalam is a peaceful coastal haven, where the natural rhythm of the sea invites deep rest and renewal. Known for its rich Ayurvedic tradition, this seaside village offers a nurturing space for healing, balance and gentle restoration of the nervous system. Here, time softens, the mind becomes quiet, and the experiences of the journey begin to settle into a sense of calm and integration.

Kanyakumari stands at the sacred confluence of the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean. Known for its spiritual intensity and symbolic sunsets, this land invites reflection on endings and new beginnings. A powerful place to witness transition, impermanence and inner stillness.
